TENANT RELATIONS

At DRCPM, Tenant Relations is the lifeblood of our company and the properties we manage. DRCPM has maintained a 96% renewal rate for its existing tenants. This is accomplished by paying attention to details, knowing tenants by name and believing no problem is too small.

CONSULTING

DRCPM provides real estate consulting services for various clients. Consultation offerings include: Strategy for shifting markets, Footprint analysis, Rent collection/default implementation, Troubled tenant communication/handling, Due Diligence programs, Service provider transitioning.

LEASE ADMINISTRATION

Through the use of MRI’s Lease Administration software, DRCPM centralizes your lease management so both the owner and the agent gain clear/concise insight into your property, identifying opportunities while avoiding costly missing information. Lease Administration is more than just rent rolls and spreadsheets.

FISCAL MANAGEMENT

Knowing how the property is performing financially is of the utmost importance. Clients want to know their current Net Operating Income at any time. DRCPM utilizes MRI accounting system, one of commercial real estate’s most sophisticated and trusted software systems.

RECEIVERSHIP MANAGEMENT

DRCPM has carved out a niche in Receivership Management. Working with local attorneys and bankruptcy trustees, DRCPM has been named Receiver for various troubled properties in the market and taken on the rigorous responsibilities that come with Receivership Management.

Brassfield Shopping Center is a 200,000 square foot center in Greensboro, NC. It is anchored by Trader Joe’s and is also home to Golden Ticket Cinema, Pet Supplies Plus, Trek, Gold's Gym, Lowe’s Outlet, Greensboro ABC Store, and several other high-end brands.

Main Street Market

Main Street Market is a 87,000 square foot center in Kernsersville, NC. It is anchored by Lowe's Food and is also home to Pet Supermarket, Barbarito's, Benchmark Physical Therapy, Jersey Mike's, Aspen Dental, EyeLab, GoHealth Urgent Care, and Truliant Federal Credit Union.
