BRIAN ROSS
Regulation, legal challenges, financing – all of these things make the modern Real Estate industry a complicated juggling act. Add to that the fact that many of the best properties aren’t even listed and it is no wonder why a talent like Brian is in such high demand. Brian specializes in Single Tenant Retail Development and Site Location. He is also experienced in Tenant Representation, work that has given him high-value insights into the Southeast, Mid-Atlantic and Midwest markets, as well as an understanding of retailers’ needs.
That wealth of knowledge and experience is why his partners turn to him when working on speculative development projects and why clients like Krispy Kreme Doughnuts trust him to oversee their build-to-suit projects. Whether shepherding clients through the process of breaking into a metro region like the Baltimore-Washington area, or helping them expand locally, Brian approaches each endeavor with the same tenacity and a focus on efficient problem solving.
Solving issues like finding out-of-state owners or obtaining access easements that can make an otherwise unsuitable site optimal take work. Brian begins every project by conducting research, even if he’s familiar with the area. That’s how he’s able to locate the missing owners, get the access easements and find the overlooked and unlisted sites. Working smart and hard is how Brian gets the deals done.
And when he’s not working Brian can found chasing his three children with his wife Kendra.
